چکیده
In Indonesia illegal traditional liquor mostly contain ethanol and methanol some of called cukrik (mixed liquor), Misuse mixed can lead to intoxication may death. Several studies have shown its effect on kidney damage. This study is analyzing the (ethanol methanol) histopathological damage male Wistar rat kidney. was experimental laboratories using a post-test only control group design. We are 28 wistar rats that were divided into four groups, each consisting 7 rats. Group (C) given 4 mL distilled water; groups P1, P2, P3 1ml, 2 ml, ml in orally for 14 days. Mixed alcohol contains 4% 20% ethanol. Examination features carried out by identifying glomerular cells, tubular interstitial with HE (Hematoxylin Eosin) stainning EGTI (Endothelial, Glomerular, Tubular, Interstitial) scoring. Data analyze kruskal wallis Mann whitney test. With confidence level p<0,01. examination there significant differences p<0,01, no found instrestitial Consumption produced image rats' kidneys, but visible interstitials cell. higher consumption will make heavier.

Reduction of cell size in amygdaloid complex of the Wistar rat embryos after oral morphine consumption
Introduction: In the present study, the effects of oral morphine consumption in pregnant female rats on the amygdaloid complex development in the embryos were investigated. Methods: Female Wistar rats weighing 250-300 g (n=15) were divided into control (n = 8) and experimental groups (n = 7). The experimental group received morphine (0.05 mg/ml) in their tap water. On the 19th day of pregnan...

متن کاملThe protective activity of noscapine on renal ischemia–reperfusion injury in male Wistar rat
Objective(s):Bradykinin is a part of the kinin-kallikreinsystem which is involved in ischemia-reperfusion injury via B1 and B2 receptors.Noscapine is a non-competitive antagonist of bradykinin receptors. Noscapine has been reported to to be able to protect some organs against ischemia-reperfusion injury but its effect on renal ischemia-reperfusion injury (RIR) in rats is unknown. Therefore, the...
متن کاملToxicopathological examinations after repeated intraperitoneal administration of silver nanoparticles in the Wistar rat model
Objective(s): Due to wide range of medical applications as bactericidal agents, nanosilver particles (NSPs) are manufactured worldwide in large quantities. However, potential toxicity impacts of NSPs in humans and animals still remain poorly understood. The objective of this study was to investigate clinical observations, mortality and pathological changes in rats follow...
متن کاملEffect of pentoxifylline on histomorphological changes of kidney after Ecstasy (MDMA) administration in male wistar rat.
Methylenedioxymethamphetamine (MDMA),the Ecstasy brand, leads to cell death in many tissues such askidney because of its oxidative properties. The present study aimed to investigate the possible effects ofpentoxifylline as a vasodilators on ecstasy induced renal damage. This experimental study was carried out infour groups of six male wistar rats weighing 250-300 g (n=24). The control group was...
